Throughout the course, participants will develop a range of skills, including confidence-building, self-expression, and problem-solving. They will have the opportunity to create their own earrings, bracelets, and necklaces using a variety of techniques and materials.

In addition to the jewellery-making component, our mental health counselling interventions will be incorporated within the group. These interventions include mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, nature therapy, narrative approaches, and sensory integration strategies.
